In Sanskrit, chakra means "wheel." Like a connection of wheels, the energy and consciousness from one wheel moves to another in a spiral motion. The human energy system contains 7 main chakras. These chakras spin in a clockwise motion. There are certain colors, elements, shapes, gemstones essential oils, and sounds that are associated with each of the 7 chakras. To be in good health of your mind, body and spirit , these chakras should be in alignment and balanced. This system of chakras is considered a closed energy system, meaning that energy is exchanged back and forth between chakras. Chakras can be open or closed, excessive or depleated. Blocked or depleted energy in a chakra can often lead to illness or disease. This workshop you will take home your own set of chakra crystals and an essential oil roller bottle.
