Heather Dalhoff, MsEd
Heather is a teacher, healing arts practitioner, and mother, dedicated to supporting others on their journey toward balance and wholeness. She is the founder of Humble New Beginnings LLC, where she offers personalized one-on-one and group sessions in Yoga, Mindfulness Coaching, Integral Sound Healing, Peter Hess® Sound Massage, Reiki, Emotion Code, and Bio-Well Energy Scans.
Through these integrative modalities, Heather helps clients release stuck energy, reduce stress, and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is to hold compassionate, empowering space for individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom, expand their awareness, and experience deep transformation.
