Mindfulness coaching helps one to practice mindfulness in everyday life. Together we will build a satisfying practice of self-compassion, kindness, perspective and wisdom. You will be given certain techniques and practices to try out during times of joy and times of challenge. A mindfulness session can help you identify and begin to change the negative thoughts and past stress around certain thoughts and situations. When one practices daily mindfulness, new neural pathways are made and you will find yourself evolving beyond these limiting thoughts and stress. When the brain gains a new direction, one can transform their way of looking at and observing their situations and surroundings! **Alternate locations, such as client's home or Revive and Renew, are available upon request. Must contact Heather to make those arrangements. There will be a $20 travel fee for locations other than Spring Street.
