1-2-1 Sound Healing Session

Service Description

Sound healing uses the power of sound to restore one's mind, body, and spirit back to a state of homeostasis or balance. The harmonic vibrations from the instruments have a deep penetrating effect of the person, promoting healing, peace and well being. The sound waves from the instruments entrain the brain and heart inducing a deeper meditative and more peaceful state. The sound resonates directly into our cellular memory releasing blockages and creating a profound sense of peace and relaxation. Benefits may include: -Deep profound relaxation. -Decrease in stress, anxiety, and depression -Improved sleep -Release of blocked or stuck emotions and/or energy -An enhanced sense of wellness -Feeling more centered and balanced -Quiets monkey mind -Positive impact on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing -Helps you cope with life's changes and challenges -Increases vital energy flow , creativity, intuition -Heightened perceptions and sensations in the body The sound healing may include drumming, gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tongue drums, rattles, shakers, tuning forks and Tingshas. **Session duration includes intake, session, integration **Alternate locations, such as client's home or Revive and Renew, are available upon request. Must contact Heather to make those arrangements. There will be a $20 travel fee for locations other than Spring Street.
