Don't have an hour and a half for a full session? This tuning fork tune up is for you! This is a tuning fork only session and lasts 45 total minutes. Tuning forks are used both on and off the body. Tuning forks are a very gentle way to work with the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body. Tuning forks are a very powerful modality when we think of restoring and balancing the mind, body and spirit. Tuning forks may cause deep relaxation and can offer long-term benefits if used regularly. Tuning forks are often used for conditions like: Nervous system balance and Well-being Motivation Chronic pain and Joint issues Increasing creativity Calming anxiety Quality sleep Digestive balance Loss/Grief Gounding General Chakra balancing **Session duration includes intake, session, integration **Alternate locations, such as client's home or agreed upon location, are available upon request. Must contact Heather to make those arrangements. There will be a $20 travel fee for locations other than W76th Street.
Cancellation Policy
I am happy that you have chosen Humble New Beginnings for your holistic needs. To provide the best service possible to clients I have implemented the following policies. Late Arrival Policy It is requested that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to get in and settle with your coat/purse/phone etc. This will allow time to fill out any required paperwork and any intake questions for your session. I understand that issues can arise that can cause you to be late for your appointment. I ask that you call and inform me if this ever occurs so I can do my best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes I cannot exceed the reserved time frame without it using the next client’s time. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your service so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return I will do my best to be on time, and if for some reason I am unable to do so, I will add time to your session to make up for my late arrival. Cancellation Policy I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24-hour notice of any schedule change or cancellation request. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience and also means other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. If you already paid for your session online, you will be refunded minus processing fees that have already been taken out at time of transaction. I also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur. I understand emergencies can arise and illness does happen at the least convenient moments. If you have a fever, a known infection, or are experiencing vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your session time, I request you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. I will do my best to give advance notice if I am not able to open or need to close due to weather and I ask that you do the same.
